(“Services”). Our primary services are information technology training as well as services.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Services from our website. By ordering any of our Services, you will be bound
by these terms and conditions. Refusal to accept these Terms and Conditions will result in no Services from our website being able to be ordered.
Our Data Processing Agreement under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI) forms part of these terms and conditions. We would
recommend you read through the terms carefully, printing a copy of your records if required.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
1.1. www.yitroinnovations.co.za is a site operated by Yitro Innnovations PTYT LTD (“we”, “us” and “our”). We are registered in South Africa under
company number 2018/098966/07 and have our registered office at 8240 A MABHAXA STREET, ZONE 6 DIEPKLOOF, SOWETO, GAUTENG, 1864.
Please note that by placing an order for the Services, you consent to us sending to you our regular newsletter by email. This forms our primary
method of communicating with you and will inform you of any changes to our services, billing, planned maintenance and account access
information.
1.2 We are accredited by the
- Media, Information and Communication Technologies Sector Education and Training Authority as a training provider with accreditation number:
ACC/2018/07/0051
- CompTIA
- Amazon Web Services
- Microsoft
1.3 Learners, Student and Persons Responsible for Accounts
1.3.1 No learner will be allowed to start any programme or course if they they haven’t been fully registered. Full registration means:
- fully fillin our registration form, either online or in person, at any of our designated addresses
- paying the deposit, the full amount or in part thereof, by making an EFT or deirect deposit to our FNB account
- submitting your Proof of Payment to your nearest training centre and collecting your study material
- getting a Yitro Innovations Training Academy virtual or hard copy student card
1.4 Study or Course Duration
1.4.1 All efforts will be made to finish all courses within stupulated time frames but an extra 2 months will be given to students to complete POEs
with support from our staff.
1.4.2 If a student requires additional time to be allocated to assist them to complete their training and assessments additional fees will be charged
to their account.
1.5. Fees and Billing
1.5.1 Students who are paying their fees on an instalment basis will be required to have made their monthly payment by the 3rd of each month.
Failure to pay will result in the student being denied access to classrooms and support from our staff members
